These policies pertain to Australian purchases only.
Unopened or defective merchandise may be returned to Concept Partners within 14 days of original purchase date. Concept Partners requires valid identification when processing all returns and exchanges without an original receipt. Valid identification is also required to receive or redeem a non-transferable merchandise certificate or mail check.
Online returns
Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or merchandise exchange when returned within 90 days of the invoice date.
Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail

We will only refund shipping charges if we have sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.
Credit Card Refunds
On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Faulty items
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault(s) and notifying us within 3 working days. Should an item be deemed faulty by Concept Partners, we will replace the item for you. If you believe a product you have received is faulty, please contact us at: marina@conceptpartners.com.au providing a detailed description and images of the fault. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response. Please not general wear and tear are not deemed faults of a product.

Concept Partners prices exclude Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) which is currently 10%. Concept Partners must charge 10% GST on all goods purchased and delivered within Australia.
The 10% GST is automatically removed from the purchase price of your goods when an international delivery address is selected. Therefore, GST is not charged on goods purchased and delivered to countries other than Australia.
International customers should note that all charges related to duties and taxes in the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.
